- Our staff will be punctual, polite, tidy and discrete
- Our staff can be trusted and will observe the confidentiality of our clients
- Our staff are paid a decent wage
- Our staff receive thorough training on how to do their job properly
- All employees of Grace Cleaning Services are DBS checked
- We carry public and employer’s liability insurance and will complete risk and COSHH assessments before starting a new job
