Should you decide to choose us for your pre or end of tenancy cleaning the following provides a general idea as to what we will clean:

Furniture, vacuum floors, dusting, skirting boards

Toilet, shower, sink, mirror, mop floor, remove any limescale

Sitting room

TV stand, chimney area, dusting, skirting boards, vacuum floors

Kitchen

Fridge, oven and microwave (all inside and out), washing machine (outside only), clean all surfaces, sink, cupboards inside and out, remove all mould everywhere, mop floor, skirting boards

Dining room

Wipe down all furniture, vacuum floors, dusting, skirting boards

Hallways

Vacuum floors, dust, clean any furniture, skirting boards

Windows

We will clean the inside windows and the window sills.

If the outside windows are safely accessible we can clean these if requested and agreed in advance of us beginning the clean.

As stated above this is a rough guide. Our principle is that we always aim to do a thorough and high quality clean regardless of the specifics of the property and its contents.

End of tenancy cleaning Q&A:

Will the carpets in the property/properties be cleaned?

We will vacuum the carpets in all pre/end of tenancy cleans but deep carpet cleaning using hot water and chemicals would be an extra service. If you are interested in this please ask and we will be happy to provide a quotation.

Would I need to defrost the fridge/freezer in advance of a clean?

No, we do not require this.

Can you take photos of the property before and after cleaning?

Yes, as long as this is requested before we begin.

Would you clean the walls in the property?

We would clean tiles in the bathroom and kitchen but would not clean painted walls in any room.

Would you clean the blinds in the property?

No, we do not offer this service.

Do you clean mattresses or upholstery?

No, we do not offer these services.

Do you charge per job or per hour?

We charge by job and the fee is agreed in advance of starting.

Would I need to provide anything for your pre/end of tenancy cleaning?

We require electricity and hot running water for all of our pre or end of tenancy cleaning jobs.

If you don’t require an entire property to be cleaned but just a single room we are available to do that. Whether it’s a kitchen, bathroom or something else please let us know and we can arrange a quote. Please note however that we do have a minimum call out charge that applies to all jobs.
