This Privacy Policy governs the relationship between us, Grace Professional Cleaning Services, and you, the user of our website, gracecleaningservices.co.uk, in relation to our collection and use of data and information that you submit to us.

Grace Professional Cleaning Services only collects information from users – barring information collected from cookies which is covered by our Cookie Policy – when they submit our contact form located on our contact page. The only information we collect is a user’s name, email address and the content of their message.

By submitting our form, you give permission for us to store the information in the form (including names and email addresses) as we choose and retain it for as long as we choose. In practice however we currently only store emails with our web host and if we deem there is a good reason for it on computers owned by Grace Professional Cleaning Services, which are protected with antivirus software.

By submitting our form, you acknowledge that it is sent over an unencrypted connection and that Grace Professional Cleaning Services are not responsible for any loss or leak of information during transmission or any consequences stemming from such loss or leak. Neither are we responsible for any loss or leak and any consequences thereof from information you have submitted and which is being stored in any way.

We will not publicly publish any messages you send us, other than in an anonymous, re-written form if we believe they will be of benefit to others, for example “We received an email from a customer asking about the history of our company, so here is a blog post detailing our journey”.

We will never release or sell your information, other than release it to British government/law enforcement agencies in order to comply with requests received that are acceptable within British and European Union law or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of Grace Professional Cleaning Services, third parties or the public at large.
